iNERTiA Demo

iNERTiA seems so interesting!! I really wanna see where the story is headed, and I can tell this is gonna be a fun play for me once it’s a full-fledged game!

I don’t wanna spoil anybody so I’m going to try to put a warning for that around here?: SPOILERS!!! SPOILERS FOR THE DEMO!!!!! PAST THIS POINT!!!!

I really really like this game! I think it’s about someone who’s a system? Which! I honestly really think that’s super cool, if true! Juno and her imaginary friends (potential headmates/alters?) are written pretty well! Seeing the parody of MySpace, I can kind of get a feel for what era this is supposed to take place in. I’ll admit I never had a MySpace account growing up, but I DID hear about it enough to believe people were offering up their MySpace accounts way before Facebook was even a flicker in someone’s eye.

I have some theories already that I wanna ramble about for a billion years, but I feel like I shouldn’t because honestly as much as I THINK Juno could be a system (especially with the Roxy fight I encountered!) I don’t know if we’ll ever get full-on confirmation and the last time I put all my eggs in one basket I felt like a fool after, lmao.

I’m also SO CURIOUS what’s going on with Ray (who might have inspired a possible introject in Rei? We’ll see!) It seems like she might be feeling abandoned, left to her own devices/left to fend for herself in a family that may not be as lovely and innocent as it initially seems? The fact alone she has so many imaginary friends/alters makes me think SOMETHING has to have been happening in that household that we’re not yet privy to. As much as I hope she hasn’t been getting hurt, her characterization thus far kinda gives me the impression things weren’t always this ‘peaceful’ and that perhaps she had some unfair standards pushed onto her.

This game is definitely interesting and worth playing just by experiencing the demo! I can't wait to play the full story, the gameplay is easy but the themes are very deep and relatable with most of the players who love psychology or have experienced these situations! Keep up the good work!✨
